• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in marketing strategy, special projects, or marketing operations.
• Experience in team or workstream management, especially process optimisation and system improvements.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to interpret results.
• Proven ability to deliver projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management bridging operational detail with business goals.
• Highly organised, curious, proactive, and comfortable with experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic special projects shaping marketing initiatives from hypothesis to execution.
• Oversee marketing operations enablers, aligning back-end systems with business goals.
• Lead automation, streamlined workflows, and improved team output.
• Act as sublead for strategic pilots and operational excellence.
• Design test-and-learn frameworks for new marketing initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Translate experiment results into actionable scaling recommendations.
