FlowerStore Group in Makati City is hiring a Senior Content & Social Media Associate to lead daily social media activities and content creation for our growing e-commerce platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to promote products, analyze performance, and drive engagement across channels.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in social media management, strong communication skills, and a passion for trends. Fresh graduates with energy are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driven and results-oriented.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus.
• Fresh graduates with great energy and communication skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day handling of the company's social media accounts.
• Develop, edit and publish engaging social media content daily.
• Coordinate with graphics team for visual contents.
• Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with social media technologies and trends.
• Respond to comments and queries from followers.
• Collaborate with departments for product and campaign promotions.
• Generate reports and analyze consumer behavior to recommend next steps.
• Assist the Marketing Department with daily tasks.
