Job summary

Jacinto & Lirio in Metro Manila is seeking a Creative Marketing and Graphic Design Associate to develop and execute marketing campaigns supporting brand growth and sales targets. You will manage digital marketing, branding, content creation, and multi-platform campaigns across online and offline channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and at least 2 years of experience in marketing or digital advertising; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong potential are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in marketing communications, branding, digital marketing, social media marketing, and e-commerce marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, social media management, and online advertising

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand growth and achieve monthly sales and business objectives
• Handle marketing communications and branding across digital and offline marketing materials
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance monitoring
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives
• Develop and manage e-commerce marketing activities across platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and other online marketplaces
• Develop marketing content, including copywriting, social media content, promotional materials, and campaign communications
• Create and coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials, including digital graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other branded materials
• Perform graphic design and creative production using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, engagement, leads, traffic, and sales-related results, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, partners, influencers, agencies, and other stakeholders for marketing-related activities
