Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a growth-focused professional to own end-to-end customer growth for OFW senders and beneficiaries. You will lead partnerships, GTM execution, and lifecycle initiatives across corridors, with a strong emphasis on trust, messaging, and program scale.

You will partner with Strategy & Proposition to shape propositions, run campaigns, and deepen customer relationships, ultimately making GoTyme the primary bank for many families in PH.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth, biz dev, or growth marketing in fintech or remittance.
• Track record of owning a customer or revenue outcome end-to-end.
• Experience structuring and managing commercial partnerships.
• Strong commercial and analytical toolkit: CAC/LTV modeling and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own OFW and Beneficiary active customer targets and growth scorecard.
• Define OFW and beneficiary personas and moments that matter with trust focus.
• Drive partnerships with remittance providers, employers, and diaspora groups.
• Lead GTM channel mix and lifecycle campaigns; coordinate with marketing and product.
• Build corridor playbooks and scaling rules; develop referral and community toolkits.
