Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Brand Supervisor to drive growth through strong execution, consumer insights, and impactful marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand strategies to life—from campaigns to market execution and performance tracking.

Responsibilities include supporting brand strategies, monitoring performance, developing campaigns, and contributing to NPD with pricing and launch planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or related roles, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, market, consumer, and campaign data.
• Knowledge of market research, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience or exposure in New Product Development (NPD) and project management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, analytical, commercially aware, and consumer-focused.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas that make brands stronger and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives, consumer needs, and market opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance and positioning, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive in the market.
• Develop and execute brand campaigns, activations, and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, from concept development and packaging to pricing, launch planning, and post-launch evaluation.
• Monitor sales performance, market share, consumer trends, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth.
• Translate consumer and market insights into actionable brand initiatives.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the brand.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful brand execution.
• Manage assigned brand projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
• Prepare brand performance reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
• Bring fresh ideas and consumer-focused innovations that strengthen the brand and support business growth.
