Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Canlubang, PH seeks an experienced R&D leader to drive savory product development from concept to commercialization. You will guide formulation, process, and application improvements and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver on-time, on-budget innovations.

The role requires strong expertise in GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance, plus collaboration with Operations, QA, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Technology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related sciences.
• 7–10 years of progressive R&D or innovation experience in food manufacturing with savory exposure.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing and launching savory products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong background in managing customer-driven projects to deliver on time and budget.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing.
• Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, ingredient functionality, sensory evaluation, and food safety standards.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, process standardization, and innovation management systems.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and implements set strategies, systems, and procedures within own area.
• Guides and mentors direct reports in formulation, processing, and application.
• Delivers product development projects on time and within budget.
• Contributes to annual budget planning for FBIC.
• Supports regulatory and safety requirements and cross-functional alignment.
