Synchronicity Select in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Sales and Marketing Associate to drive growth across in-store and online channels. You will assist customers, manage ecommerce listings, create content, and contribute to live selling and campaigns.

You will gain experience across sales, marketing, and operations, collaborating with teams to launch promotions and develop product knowledge for a growing retail business serving students, professionals, and organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, ecommerce, retail, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Comfortable communicating with customers both in person and online.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, social media, content creation, or livestream selling is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and proactive with initiative.
• Willing to learn about a wide variety of products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, online, through chat, and on social media.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Respond to product inquiries, quotations, and customer concerns.
• Promote products and help convert inquiries into sales.
• Support sales through ecommerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook.
• Build relationships with schools, offices, and organizations.
