OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing Consultant to support sales and marketing initiatives.

The role involves engaging with clients, handling inquiries across channels, and assisting in campaigns while creating digital content to strengthen our online presence. You will help build strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to achieving the company’s marketing goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience in sales, customer service, digital marketing, or related roles is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiar with common social platforms.
Creative, customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other channels.
Provide product information, quotations, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs.
Follow up on sales leads and existing clients to support growth.
Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
Coordinate with internal teams on orders and delivery schedules.
Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Create basic marketing materials using pictures and video editing tools.
Capture pictures/videos of products, projects, and company activities.
Monitor social media and respond to messages timely.
