Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Campaign Planning & Operations Manager in Taguig to design and oversee promotional campaigns across sports and entertainment events. You will craft rules, BRDs and execution plans while coordinating with Operations, Product, Design, CRM and Support to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimisation, KPI monitoring and ROI analysis, with a focus on user engagement, retention and event-based campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in Campaign Operations, User Growth, CRM Operations, User Retention, Marketing/Promotion and Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with campaign reward mechanisms and user behaviour operations.
• Strong logical thinking and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Data Analysis Tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage various platform operational campaigns including bonuses, cashback, free bet, tournaments and leader boards, user mission systems and retention campaigns.
• Develop campaign rules, eligibility, rewards structures, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare BRD and campaign execution plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and user operations strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare post-analysis reports with optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Design, CRM and Customer Service to execute campaigns.
