The Corporate Institute seeks a seasoned Head – Commercial Finance to lead the function across Sales and Service segments in Gurugram. You will drive pricing, margins, trade-spend governance and strategic partnering with leadership to enable profitable growth.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reviews, strengthening controls and building a high-performing team that delivers insight-driven decisions to the CFO.

Qualificações

• CA / MBA Finance / CMA or equivalent.
• 12+ to 18+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Finance or Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong experience in P&L, pricing, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
• Strong understanding of channel economics, trade spends and working capital.
• Experience in consumer durables, FMCG, retail, e-commerce or service businesses preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management and team-leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales, Service, Product and Business Heads on revenue, profitability and commercial decisions.
• Drive pricing, gross margin, contribution margin and SKU/channel/customer profitability.
• Govern trade schemes, distributor margins, retailer incentives and promotional spends, ensuring measurable ROI.
• Drive profitability of service contracts, subscriptions, installations, spare parts and warranty costs.
• Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reviews, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Drive working-capital optimisation, including receivables, distributor credit, inventory and spare-parts efficiency.
• Strengthen commercial controls, approvals, contracts, compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop dashboards covering revenue, margins, trade spends, customer/channel profitability, service performance and sales productivity.
• Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Finance team and provide strategic insights to the CFO and leadership.

Role Purpose

Lead the Commercial Finance function across Sales and Service businesses, driving profitable growth, pricing, margin expansion, trade-spend effectiveness, working capital, commercial governance and business partnering.
