Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Experience in printing, advertising, garments, promotional products, corporate giveaways, manufacturing, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple clients under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, calls, presentations, and client prospecting.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding market reach.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Present products, provide quotations, and explain pricing, specifications, and availability.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance and other teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor pending quotations, opportunities, and order status until closure.
• Maintain updated customer records, sales pipeline, quotations, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support customer payment follow-up and coordinate collection concerns with Accounting.
