Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable speaking with potential clients and building professional relationships.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing potential clients, leads, and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and gather information on potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant company offerings.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales and marketing materials.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of client and prospect requirements.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, and sales activities and provide regular updates.
• Perform other marketing, sales, and business development tasks as assigned.
