AVOLUTION, INC. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in San Juan City, Metro Manila to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. This full-time role focuses on delivering our products and services while meeting aggressive sales targets.

You will identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2–3 years of proven sales experience and a solid CRM

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven sales experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a client‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Present product and service offerings with clear value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver customised proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate contracts while protecting profitability margins.
• Track sales pipeline and record client interactions.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding.
• Gather market feedback to inform sales strategy.
