iMed Pharmacy Corporation is seeking a Digital Retail Manager to lead our e‑commerce business. You will drive operations, online sales, promotions, and the customer experience to maximize revenue and growth.

Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Inventory, Operations, and Customer Service to optimize pricing, product data, and campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify and WooCommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e‑commerce, retail management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, online retail, digital commerce, or marketplace management.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, digital merchandising, online promotions, and sales growth strategies.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and e‑commerce reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the company's e‑commerce website and online marketplaces.
• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure products, pricing, inventory, promotions, and product information are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor online orders, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer concerns.
• Develop initiatives to increase online sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and marketplace activities.
• Track and analyze key e‑commerce metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition, and product performance.
• Prepare regular e‑commerce reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth e‑commerce operations.
