Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn. You will optimize content, track KPIs, and drive web traffic and lead generation from multiple digital channels.

The role requires a marketing degree and hands-on experience with SEO, analytics, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. On-site work in the Pampanga area with growth opportunities within CO's global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Creative mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Optimize website and social content for SEO/SEM performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and maintain the company website content and landing pages.
• Track and report KPIs and ROI for all digital activities.
