hammerjack is seeking a pragmatic Digital Marketing Coordinator to support CRM administration, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and website updates across multiple brands in the Philippines. You will work on data quality, campaign tracking, and reporting while ensuring UX and accessibility best practices.

The role involves hybrid work with onsite days at Makati or Pampanga locations, collaborating with internal IT, vendors, and client teams to deliver measurable digital outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience administering CRMs and marketing automation workflows with data hygiene in mind.
• Strong web analytics knowledge including GA4, tagging, and campaign measurement.
• Solid SEO fundamentals and ability to perform site/content audits and improvements.
• Hands-on CMS experience with WordPress, Sanity, or Webflow.
• Familiarity with connecting marketing tech stacks and data flows.
• Experience in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM administration, data hygiene, segmentation, and workflow setup.
• Maintain GA4, GTM tracking, UTM, and reporting quality; identify data issues.
• Assist SEO research, site audits, and content optimization tasks.
• Update websites and landing pages across WordPress, Sanity, and Webflow.
• Build, test, and optimise automated marketing workflows and email deployments.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports across multiple channels.
• Support Google Business Profiles and local search for multi-brand environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve digital issues across teams.
