Job summary

Hive Health Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive the full sales cycle and forge high-impact partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and implement best-in-class strategies for expanding healthcare access in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with stakeholder-facing experience in internships and/or extra-curriculars are also welcome to apply
• Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
• Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing SME accounts
• Drive revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying, forging, and managing high-impact collaborations
• Develop a deep understanding of Hive’s product, and incorporate customer feedback and market insight to ensure competitive product offerings
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
