Job summary

Hive Health Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Associate to help expand access to digital health plans for SMBs in the Philippines.

You will forge high-impact partnerships, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing SME accounts, and work with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and product offerings. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome; day-one benefits and mentorship await.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with stakeholder-facing internships/extra-curriculars are welcome to apply.
• Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
• Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key decisions

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying, forging, and managing high-impact collaborations
• Manage and optimize the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing SME accounts
• Develop a deep understanding of Hive’s product, and incorporate customer feedback and market insight to ensure competitive product offerings
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
