Job summary

Athena is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to own HubSpot administration and the integration ecosystem for the Growth Team. You will ensure reliable platform operation, clean data, and workflows aligned to business goals.

Your work will drive pipeline growth by optimizing lead generation and conversion, while supporting lifecycle campaigns and data-driven CRM improvements. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to implement API work, data pipelines, and integrations

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage HubSpot CRM analytics and optimize workflows.
• Experience designing and evaluating CRM strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of A/B testing within HubSpot and CRM data-driven optimization.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HubSpot CRM strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Oversee complex CRM automations and data pipelines between systems.
• Manage platform configurations, properties, and user permissions in HubSpot.
