Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a Marketing Systems & Growth Architect to own, rebuild, and scale our marketing infrastructure with a heavy emphasis on HubSpot architecture, lifecycle automation, and governance.

This is a systems-first, hands-on leadership role focused on structure, integrity, and long-term scalability rather than brand campaigns. Remote position based in the Philippines with global scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (required).
• Experience cleaning and restructuring complex CRM environments.
• Strong understanding of paid media funnels and conversion tracking.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
• Experience building or restructuring automation systems.
• Able to enforce governance and set system standards.
• Experience working with distributed teams (Filipino team preferred).
• Dual-monitor setup and at least 25 Mbps internet speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot architecture and governance, auditing properties, workflows, and lifecycle stages.
• Build structured lifecycle segments and dynamic segmentation frameworks.
• Align outbound marketing with automation logic and sales handoff rules.
• Improve attribution, MQL/SQL tracking, and reporting clarity.
• Protect marketing infrastructure with governance and standardization.
