Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Growth Creatives Designer to craft data-driven visuals that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with growth marketers, product teams, and data analysts to create ads, landing pages, and in-app experiences.

As a Growth Creatives Designer, you will continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets based on performance insights, ensuring that every design delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in growth design, performance marketing design, or related role.
• Balance creativity with performance; assets should be engaging and conversion-focused.
• Storytelling mindset with experimentation and growth hacking through design.
• Experience designing for multi-platform campaigns (social, email, CRM, in-app).
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; motion design & video editing a plus.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing creatives, UI/UX, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS to build responsive creatives and templates.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing marketing creatives, landing pages, banners, and in-app graphics.
• Develop motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and micro-interactions to boost engagement.
• Create compelling A/B test variations to optimize design performance and metrics.
• Adapt and localize assets for different platforms, user segments, and campaigns.
• Design interactive experiences to improve conversion rates and retention.
• Ensure creatives align with brand, UX principles, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with growth managers and product designers to align visuals with goals.
• Use analytics and heatmaps to inform design decisions and improve effectiveness.
• Continuously optimize designs based on performance data and evolving strategies.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to scale creative output and storytelling.
