Job summary

IGO Digital Technology Inc. is seeking a Channel Operations professional to manage accounts across Telegram, Viber, Facebook, and other platforms, building stable traffic entry points and guiding end-to-end user journeys.

You will design funnel-aware strategies, establish SOPs, and collaborate with Data, Design, Product, and Support to improve visit-to-signup conversion, retention, and cross-functional launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3–5 years of experience in Channel Ops / Growth Ops / Community Ops / Private Domain Ops.
• Strong understanding of content distribution and traffic-driving tactics on at least 1–2 major platforms (e.g., Telegram, Facebook).
• Solid data capability: diagnose issues using funnel metrics and run A/B tests; proficient with Excel/Spreadsheets; familiarity with dashboards/BI concepts (SQL/BI a plus).
• Strong content and campaign planning skills: independently create plans, execute on schedule, and iterate through retrospectives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination; align external partners/users and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize accounts across key platforms (Telegram, Viber, FB, etc.) and build stable traffic entry points.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end user journey to improve visit, lead capture, and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain channel attribution, tracking, and funnel metrics; iterate based on data.
• Establish channel SOPs and conduct recurring performance reviews, including content strategy and distribution tactics.
• Collaborate with Data, Design, Product, and Customer Support on pages, tracking, tool configuration, campaigns, and dashboards.
• Own community activation within the private domain: onboarding, benefit delivery, Q&A, and 1:1 follow-ups to increase conversions.
• Standardize and scale best practices: SOPs, scripts, calendars, and testimonials to drive referrals and viral growth.
