Job summary

WSP Philippines is seeking a Clients & Growth Coordinator to shape and deliver regular reports, dashboards and data insights for the Earth & Environment business. You will analyse pipelines, client feedback and revenue trends to identify action-focused opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, communications, data analytics or equivalent.
• Training or demonstrated experience in Power BI, Excel-based reporting, CRM/pipeline systems, bid coordination or business development operations is desirable.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services, corporate, business development, work winning or analytics environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, data cleansing, dashboards and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and distribute regular Clients & Growth reports, dashboards, trackers and scorecards for the Earth & Environment business.
• Analyse pipeline, pursuit, client feedback, revenue, key client, panel and framework data to identify trends, risks and opportunities requiring action.
• Use advanced Excel and Power BI skills to prepare insights, visualisations and management information for business leaders.
• Monitor Clients & Growth KPIs and support reporting against business plans and leadership requirements.
