The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, has experience building marketing funnels, managing client and vendor relationships, and can create scalable growth systems that contribute directly to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Client Acquisition Strategy

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities, target industries, and market segments for recruitment and outsourcing services.
• Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create systems for prospecting, nurturing, and converting potential clients.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain the company's annual and quarterly marketing plans.

Requirements
