Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in growth marketing, business development, or strategic marketing.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or professional services preferred.
• Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring clients via strategic marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, automation tools, and digital channels.
• Experience managing client and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Growth & client acquisition strategy: grow client base and revenue.
• Marketing strategy & planning: annual/quarterly plans, budgets, and campaigns.
• Marketing funnel development & optimization: end-to-end funnel design and optimization.
• Client & vendor management: nurture relationships and coordinate with partners.
• Brand development & digital marketing: reinforce branding and multi-channel efforts.
• Analytics & reporting: establish KPIs and report performance to leadership.
