Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is expanding its growth analytics function to optimize payment product acquisition, retention, and engagement. The Senior Business Analyst will design and test strategies, turning data into actionable insights that scale our offerings and drive sustainable growth.

You will partner with product, data engineering, and business teams to ensure metrics are visible and decisions are data-driven, using advanced analytics and experimentation to inform product strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of quantitative analysis experience in high-scale tech firms, tier-1 consulting, or investment banking.
• Excellent SQL skills (to be tested during interview).
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing digital product experiments (A/B and multivariate tests).
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Looker for visualization.
• Experience applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to deliver product insights.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.
• Clear, professional spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, business development, and data engineering to make metrics highly visible.
• Translate complex product questions into actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and visualization tools.
• Own end-to-end analytics for growth products—from data gathering to experiment design and post-launch reviews.
• Cultivate trusted relationships across tech, business, and product teams.
• Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modelling to drive high-impact results.
