Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is an analytics-led fintech expanding across Africa and beyond. We seek an Analytics Manager to own metrics, measurement, experimentation, and the analytics roadmap for a growth-focused business area.

You will lead a team of analytics professionals, collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering, and drive data-driven decisions to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably in a CPG or fintech environment.
• Deep experience scaling product businesses, with demonstrated ownership of significant revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a disciplined analytics team and roadmap.
• Own metrics, measurement, experimentation and the data roadmap for the business unit.
• Analyse funnel from acquisition to monetisation and retention to drive growth.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering managers to collect data for insights.
• Define KPIs such as CAC, activation, retention, LTV and payback.
