Role requires deep expertise in modern web stacks, design systems, and UX security, with hands-on leadership to ensure performance and quality across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, ideally in a global digital agency.
• Extensive expertise in modern web technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong communication and collaboration across regions and disciplines.
• World-class portfolio of distinctive digital web products or websites.
• Experience with design systems following Atomic Design; Storybook as delivery.
• Experience with testing plans for UI systems to minimize regressions.
• Understanding of architecture and performance optimization; modern tech stack compatibility.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and Agile/SCRUM.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, CDNs, and hosting services.
• Passionate about web accessibility and security (WCAG 2.2 AA+).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow Manila's technical team across multiple teams and paradigms.
• Oversee design and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and innovative digital solutions.
• Set technical standards, KPIs, and processes that drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-office stakeholders and clients to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and innovation.
• Be a hands-on leader coaching engineering teams delivering scalable, secure features.
