Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a dayshift hybrid role in Quezon City. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, design and implement backend APIs, and build scalable microservices with Spring Boot, Kotlin, and modern front-end frameworks.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of full-stack development experience with Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j) and MySQL with tuning and design.
• Hands-on AWS deployment and scalability experience.
• Proven leadership in technical projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong architecture, microservices, and API development practices.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, and IaC.
• Security best practices across the stack; excellent communication in agile teams.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of backend APIs, front-end interfaces, and database integrations.
• Architect scalable solutions across presentation, business, and data layers.
• Drive technical decisions across the stack and mentor the team.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all architectural layers.
• Design and develop microservices with Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin).
• Build data access layers; integrate Neo4j and MySQL.
• Improve performance, security, and scalability of backend services.
• Implement unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Develop responsive UIs and ensure real-time data synchronization.
