Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Sales Leader to monitor daily inquiries, motivate Sales Consultants and ensure targets are met. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and customer service to drive automotive retail performance.

You will generate weekly and monthly sales reports, conduct weekly meetings, and handle office sales concerns, doing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in automotive retail, real estate or insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Has basic leadership skills and understands KPIs as indicated by the company
• Proficient with computer applications and Facebook Marketing; basic understanding of remarketing
• Able to write business letters and emails
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Monitor Sales Consultant daily inquiry report and act on insights
• Motivate Sales Consultants to achieve targets
• Monitor customers' inquiries and concerns and respond promptly
• Handle all Office Sales concerns and ensure smooth operations
• Conduct weekly meetings and address Sales Consultant concerns as needed
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Monitoring of Sales Consultant daily inquiry report.

Motivating Sales Consultant to achieve their target.

Responsible to monitor the customers inquiry and concerns.

Responsible to all Office Sales concern.

Conducting Weekly Meeting and Sales Consultant concern when necessary or when deemed needed.

Generating weekly and monthly sales report.

Performs other duties that may be assigned as need arises.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires minimum of 2 years previous sales experience (preferably in automotive retail; real estate; insurance)
