The role leads continuous improvement, standardizes processes, optimizes resources, and develops a high-performing team of Plant Managers and leaders to support growth.

Requires 15+ years in manufacturing with 8+ in senior leadership, strong FMCG/food manufacturing experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior manufacturing leadership role overseeing multiple plants or large-scale operations.
• Strong experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, bakery, or related industries.
• Proven track record in operational excellence, productivity improvement, and organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing plants to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure achievement of production volume, productivity, quality, and service level targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants.
