Job summary

FTC Group of Companies Corporation seeks an experienced Accounting Head to lead the Group’s accounting operations and provide strategic financial support to the CFO. Based at FTC Tower, Davao City, the role emphasizes accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

You will oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closings, ensure compliance with PAS, PFRS, BIR, and SEC, and coordinate with auditors and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• 3–4 years progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PAS, PFRS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, budgeting, cash flow management, and account reconciliation.
