Job summary

Papsy’s BBQ is hiring for Griller and Line Cook positions. You will operate a charcoal grill and a 4–6 burner gas range, preparing, cooking, frying, and plating foods with a tight focus on quality and speed.

Your day includes inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe cooking area from shift start to close. Training is offered and long-term growth toward senior cook is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Committed to long-term employment and grow towards senior cook.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Able to follow and understand house rules and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Fire up the grill, prepare food products, grill and plate items.
• Check inventory, verify stock levels, and reorder as needed.
• Clean up station at closing and maintain station organization.
• For cooks: work on 4–6 gas range, cook and fry, prep table, and ensure stock is available.
