Job summary

Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is seeking a payroll professional to support clients by maintaining payroll databases, auditing time and attendance, and importing records into ADP and Paychex. This on-site role is located in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, with graveyard hours from midnight to 9 am.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in accounting or related field, has hands-on experience with payroll systems, and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Prior internship/work experience is a plus.
• Prior experience using payroll systems is a MUST.
• Background in restaurant industry not required, but experience is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite at specified locations in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client’s payroll databases for new hires, terminations, direct deposits, manual checks, accruals, garnishments and rate changes.
• Audit time and attendance records and educate clients on standards and processes.
• Import records into ADP and Paychex for time and attendance to ensure timely processing.
• Submit previews and development audits for client review before final submissions.
• Maintain payroll reporting folders including period end journals.
• Handle workers comp audit reporting as they occur.
