Job summary

Elite Virtual Employment Solutions ( EVES ) in Tuguegarao City is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage client payroll data, including new hires, terminations, direct deposits and rate changes, using our workflow software.

You'll audit time and attendance, import records into ADP and Paychex, and prepare previews and audits for clients. The role requires graveyard shifts midnight to 9 am, onsite at the listed locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, business, finance or related field; bachelor preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience is a plus.
• Must have prior experience using payroll systems.
• Experience in restaurant industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client’s payroll databases for new hires, terminations, direct deposits, manual checks, accruals, garnishments and rate changes using our Workflow Software.
• Assist in auditing time and attendance records and educate clients on standards and processes.
• Importing/entering records into both ADP and Paychex for time and attendance to maintain timely payroll processing; inclusive of tips, meal break penalties, hours, rates, and other required payroll information.
• Submit previews and development audits for our clients to review prior to final submissions.
• Maintain the pay period, quarterly and annual folders of payroll reporting per client including period end journal entries.
• Handle workers comp audit reporting as they occur.
