Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Graphic / Digital Designer to craft engaging visual assets for email, website, ecommerce, social media, and digital campaigns. You will design using brand guidelines and support assets across email templates and Shopify.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of professional design experience, a strong ecommerce portfolio, and proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Remote work with day shifts offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and ecommerce design.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong image-retouching and product-compositing skills.
• Understanding of ecommerce and conversion-focused design principles.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for email, website, ecommerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design EDMs, website graphics, promotional materials, and social media content using established brand guidelines.
• Create and update email templates in Klaviyo and website assets through Shopify.
• Retouch and enhance product images, including product compositions, lifestyle visuals, and promotional graphics.
• Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, partnerships, events, and paid and organic social campaigns.
• Design and update eBooks, guides, PDFs, and other digital materials.
• Adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistent branding and mobile-friendly layouts.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Support additional creative projects such as packaging, print materials, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of brand visuals.

Your Role

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and ecommerce design.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong image-retouching and product-compositing skills.
• Understanding of ecommerce and conversion-focused design principles.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience designing and building emails using Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience working within beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple creative requirements.
