Job summary

Remote Employee BPO is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to elevate our digital presence with conversion-focused web design. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and paid media teams to craft high-impact pages, banners, and assets for campaigns and blogs.

The role emphasizes modern web aesthetics, brand consistency, and cross-team collaboration across time zones, with a hybrid or work-from-home setup and a night-shift friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience focused on web and digital design.
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused web pages and landing pages.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web layouts, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and professional services industries (staffing, outsourcing, SaaS preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting web pages and landing pages aligned with Remote Employee BPO services.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs optimized for desktop and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Improve UI/UX to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Design graphics for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
• Create social media visuals, email banners, infographics, and resources.
• Develop visual assets for blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging strategy.
• Participate in A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and ads.
• Continuously improve design performance based on analytics and user behavior insights.
