Job summary

PriceLabs is hiring a customer support associate based in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for our customers across B2B SaaS, wearing many hats to help customers succeed.

This starting role offers exposure to Sales, Success, Marketing, and Business Operations as you learn the business. You will own customer issues from intake to resolution, conduct product walkthroughs, troubleshoot in real time, and provide prompt feedback via email, calls, or video.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience.

• Strong analytical background - our product is very math and numbers-heavy!
• Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum Math score of 2.00 (equivalent to 85% or higher) in your 10th grade or most recent Math exam.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customers' queries.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Answering questions over email, phone calls, & live video calls.
• Finding ways to go above & beyond to help customers.
