Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee to support the operation and maintenance of Solar PV and Wind Power Plants in the Philippines. The role collaborates with site operation teams to ensure optimum performance, availability, reliability, and safety of renewable assets.

You will gain hands-on experience in asset management, data analysis, and reporting while assisting in daily operational activities and site audits.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Solar PV and Wind Energy systems.
Knowledge of electrical equipment, power systems, and safety practices.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and MS Office tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation and monitoring of Solar PV and Wind Power Plants.
Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor plant performance through SCADA systems and analyze operational data.
Track KPIs such as Plant Availability, PR, CUF, and Generation.
Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for maintenance and site activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Participate in site inspections, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation related to operations and maintenance activities.
