Job summary

Nadara (Vector Renewables Philippines) is seeking a Control Room and Performance Monitoring Specialist in Manila. You will monitor renewable energy portfolios (PV, Wind, BESS) on NUO, coordinate with O&M and asset managers, and generate performance reports to support asset management and clients.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 1+ year in renewables asset performance, strong Excel/VB/Python skills, and English/Tagalog proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in renewable energy asset performance and monitoring control room (PV, Wind, BESS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel; VB and Python scripting; GIS and AutoCAD a plus.
• Fluent English and Tagalog; other languages a plus.
• Awareness of how SCADA and data collection works.
• Driving license and willingness to travel.
• International team working oriented mindset.
• Location: Manila.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly monitoring of performance for renewable energy portfolios (PV, Wind, BESS) across countries on NUO and follow internal procedures.
• Collect information from O&M and asset manager to categorize events, incidents, faults, and underperformance.
• Follow up with O&M and asset manager to closure and reporting, including losses calculation.
• Draft recursive contractual reporting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly for asset managers.
• Analyze performance to spot trends and defects across Solar, Wind and BESS assets and cross-check components.
