Job summary

Filoil Logistics Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Fleet GPS Monitor to oversee vehicle movements via GPS systems. You will track locations, routes, and statuses in real time, review data for deviations, and maintain comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers and supervisors, ensuring efficient fuel use and fleet scheduling, and investigating GPS-related incidents when needed. Confidential handling of GPS data is required.

• Monitor vehicles and equipment using GPS tracking systems.
• Track vehicle locations, routes, movements and status in real time.
• Review GPS data and identify route deviations, delays or unauthorized vehicle use.
• Maintain records and reports of vehicle movements and GPS activities.
• Coordinate with drivers and supervisors regarding locations and operational concerns.
• Monitor vehicle activity to support efficient fuel use, scheduling and fleet management.
• Report GPS system issues and irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in investigating incidents using GPS tracking records when required.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of GPS monitoring data.
• Perform other monitoring and administrative duties as assigned.
