Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is seeking a CCTV and GPS Monitoring Agent to oversee security and vehicle tracking across stations in Metro Manila.

You will monitor CCTV cameras, track vehicle locations, report anomalies, and maintain records, ensuring compliance with company procedures. The role involves coordinating with Operations, Logistics, Security, HR, and other teams, reviewing footage on request, and supporting investigations while maintaining confidentiality of all data.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CCTV and GPS monitoring systems.
• Ability to review footage for incidents and uphold confidentiality.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras across stations and report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems for company vehicles, delivery trucks, and other assigned vehicles.
• Track vehicle location, route, movement, stops, and travel time.
• Check if drivers are following their assigned routes and schedules.
• Report unauthorized stops, route deviations, excessive idling, or other unusual vehicle activity.
• Review CCTV footage when requested for incidents, customer complaints, cash handling concerns, safety issues, or employee-related cases.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of CCTV and GPS monitoring activities.
• Immediately report incidents or irregularities to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Retail, Security, and HR regarding CCTV/GPS-related concerns.
• Prepare daily or periodic monitoring reports, including vehicle movements, incidents, and CCTV findings.
• Ensure CCTV recordings and GPS information are properly maintained and available when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage, GPS data, and other company information.
• Assist in investigations by providing relevant CCTV footage, GPS records, and monitoring reports.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, security procedures, and vehicle movement guidelines.
• Perform other duties related to CCTV and GPS monitoring as assigned by management.
