Job summary
Cartrack Asia is a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company seeking a GPS Technician (Automotive/Auto Electrical) based in NCR to install GPS tracking devices and support automotive electronics. You will configure devices, troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and document installations and service logs; fieldwork across the NCR region is required.
A Vocational Diploma in Automotive or Electrical Technology with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, plus a valid driver’s
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses.
- 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in GPS Installer or Automotive technician roles.
- Proficient in automotive systems, electronics, troubleshooting, driving, technical analysis and client service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork across NCR.
Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
- Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
- Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.).
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
