You will install GPS devices in various vehicles, configure and troubleshoot, and analyze root causes. Travel across NCR is required; a valid license and motorcycle ownership are essential. Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive/ Electrical Technician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.
• Proficient in: Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client Service
• Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures
• Must have a valid driver’s license and owns a motorcycle
• Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across NCR

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially
