Job summary

Bihis-Cruz Inc. is seeking an account liaison focused on government bidding in the Philippines. You will prepare bid documents and attend biddings to pursue government projects.

You will build strong client relationships, address urgent concerns, and pursue new accounts from initial contact through payment collection, while addressing complaints and assisting with sourcing. You will coordinate with production and purchasing to ensure client needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Will be focused on all government bidding related accounts.
• Prepare bid documents and attend biddings.
• Build relationships with clients and make sure to address their concerns, especially urgent ones.
• Look for and take care of new accounts from initial contact until collection of payments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and prevent additional issues with clients.
• Help out with sourcing items for clients.
• Coordinate with different teams in the company especially production and purchasing to address client needs.
