You will promote governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in governance frameworks within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in governance-related functions (compliance, operational risk, internal audit).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance, compliance, and ethical business practices across the group.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate governance-related risks proactively.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit and business teams to strengthen controls.
• Monitor governance issues and escalate to ensure timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Provide insights to enable informed decision-making and strategic execution.
