Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Trust Risk Compliance and Governance Officer to support TAMG in Taguig. The role involves overseeing accreditation, risk reporting, and governance activities under the TRCG Head, aligning with regulatory and policy requirements.

You will coordinate regulatory, audit, and governance functions, develop policies, and contribute to program improvements to strengthen risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in trust, risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related functions.
• Preferably Certified Trust Professional (CTP) or completion of TIFP Trust program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accreditation, evaluation, and periodic reviews of investment outlets, issuers, and brokers, maintaining up-to-date records for TAMG.
• Assist in investment governance by reviewing portfolio reports and preparing materials for the Trust Committee.
• Prepare and monitor risk management, exception, liquidity contingency, and compliance metrics with timely escalations.
