Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig is seeking an experienced Trust Risk Compliance and Governance Officer to join our Financial Markets and Wealth Management team. You will oversee accreditation of investment outlets, monitor risk and limits, and escalate breaches per policy while coordinating regulatory and audit requirements.

You will support the TRCG Head in governance activities, prepare board materials, and help develop policies to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in trust, risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related functions.
• Certified Trust Professional or completion of TIFP Trust program preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and engage stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, analytical; able to assess risks and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation, evaluation, and periodic reviews of investment outlets and maintain TAMG records.
• Support governance by reviewing reports and preparing materials for the Trust Committee.
• Prepare and monitor risk management reports, exception reports, liquidity plans, and metrics.
• Assist in developing and enhancing policies to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Support risk and compliance activities including RCSA, control testing, and regulatory updates.
• Represent TAMG in meetings and perform governance and risk tasks as assigned by TRCG Head.
