Responsibilities

• Set up Go High-Level accounts, configure settings, and customise features for client requirements.
• Develop automated workflows, pipelines, and nurturing sequences to streamline sales and marketing processes.
• Create and manage email, SMS, and drip campaigns using Go High-Level automation features.
• Integrate Go High-Level with third-party tools such as Zapier and Google Workspace, including API configuration.
• Optimise lead capture forms, tracking, and segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support for CRM-related issues.
• Train clients, document best practices, and work closely with sales and marketing teams.
