Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel admin experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Clear written English and ability to work asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automations across client sub-accounts.
• Diagnose broken workflows, routing errors, and data issues; document fixes.
• Write and maintain SOPs and dashboards to give teams clear visibility.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and editors to connect work to client CRM.
